returns

we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

returns for store credit are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging.

if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. once approved, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition you received it. store credit will be issued after the return is received and inspected.

store credit

approved returns are issued as store credit only. store credit is issued once the return is received and inspected.

return shipping

customers are responsible for return shipping costs. we recommend using a trackable service. layere is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

final sale items

underwear is final sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

exchanges

we do not offer exchanges. if you would like a different size or item, please place a new order. if eligible, you may return your original item for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

customs charges

any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by layere.

lost or stolen packages

layere is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the order has been delivered. if your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
